Membership may not be sold, assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. If a member is found to be selling his/her membership, the membership will be cancelled without a refund. Extra TEN 10 can only be accessed online through the use of the member’s email address and password. Each member must keep his/her login information strictly confidential. If a member is found to be sharing his/her login information, the membership will be cancelled without a refund.

Only one membership is allowed per person. If one person is found to have multiple memberships, these memberships will be cancelled without a refund.

It is each member’s responsibility to renew his or her membership unless auto renew has been selected when joining Extra TEN 10. You will be notified in advance of the expiry of your membership. You will then have the option to renew your membership if you wish to continue receiving membership benefits.

Member's 10% savings are applied only to regularly priced product unless otherwise stated and do not apply to already discounted product, sale, or "outlet" items. Products subject to monthly specials such as 20% are inclusive of the everyday 10% discount.
