LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
Professional Photographers of America (PPA) honors Anne with its prestigious Lifetime
Achievement Award. Not given every year, this award is only designated to a select
few whose body of work has enriched professional photography. Previous recipients
include Jay Maisel and Al Gilbert.
IMAGING 2009 KEYNOTE ADDRESS
Anne is welcomed with a rousing ovation when she walks to the podium to present
the keynote address to a standing-room-only gathering at the Imaging 2009 conference
held in Phoenix, Arizona. Attendees fill the 2,500-person venue, as well as two
overflow rooms set to accommodate an additional few thousand, and bestow a second
standing ovation as she concludes her image-accompanied presentation.

Anne and her business partner and husband, Kel, are present as the Geddes Philanthropic
Trust is honored with The Children’s Hospital Benefactor Award by Royal Alexandria
Hospital for Children, for services to The Children’s Hospital at Westmead in Sydney,
Australia.
GEDDES PHILANTHROPIC TRUST
Reflecting Anne’s deeply held belief that we must protect, nurture, and love all
children, designated funds totaling more than US $4.5 million have been donated
through the non-profit Geddes Philanthropic Trust to help prevent child abuse in
Australia, New Zealand, France, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
