Whenever I look at this image I remember the amazing sight in the studio of literally hundreds of peonies. I had to wait for precisely the right time of year to shoot this image when the peonies were at the peak of their season and a local grower was able to supply so many flowers at one time.
Most of us would feel slightly daunted by competing with a whole bed of peony roses but it didn’t seem to faze Danielle, in fact she thought they were quite tasty!
